Shamanism is based in animism, the oldest spiritual practice known to humankind. Animism comes from the Latin word anima, which means soul. It means that everything is en-souled: animals and plants, rocks, forces of nature like the wind, clouds, water, etc. Everything is sacred. For an animist, the world is a community of persons, only few of which are human and all of which deserve respect. Animism is about living in Right Relationship, to cultivate more alignment and a natural sense of sacred connection to the world around us. It provides a pathway for awakening, healing, and transforming our lives, allowing us to build inner resources and access sacred guidance that bring us home to our highest self and fosters a soul-powered way of living on Mother Earth that truly benefits all.
Over the course of 13 months, the traditional "Year and A Day", you will dedicate yourself to the Goddess, diving deep into the mysteries of the Divine Feminine, apply shamanic principles and practices to living in a modern world, and learn the ritual skills of a priestess. This is a Tree Of Life initiation in the tradition of the 13th House Mystery School, an intense personal transformation. At the end of this process you will have developed good working relationships with your guides and assembled the tools you need to answer the question “Why am I here?”, know your unique gifts and how you can bring them into the world.
Shamanic Tree of Life
Learn about the chakra system of the Tree of Life, the corresponding elements, and how to clear and balance them in everyday life.
Attuning Goddess
You will dedicate yourself to one of the aspects of the Goddess, who will guide you through this entire year while you learn how to serve your community as Her priestess.
Healing Rituals
Learn powerful rituals for self-healing, self-empowerment, and personal and spiritual growth that will support you in all areas of your life.
Curriculum
Month 1: The Foundation
The first month covers all the basics and includes the two foundational courses "Introduction to Animism and Shamanism" and "The Shamanic Journey". You will find your personal Place of Power in Nature, and learn about assembling a bundle of power objects and altar practice.
Month 2: Self-dedication
You will explore your calling to become Priestess, journey to meet your Attuning Goddess, who will accompany you through this entire training, dedicate yourself to Her and be initiated as white-cord priestess into the Thirteenth House Mystery Tradition. You will learn about the Blood Mysteries and attune yourself to the Moon.
Month 3: Root Chakra and the Earth Element
You will explore the Root Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Earth element, build strong roots by examining your physical, mental, and energetic health, and learn the crucial practice of grounding and setting energetic boundaries.
Month 4: Sacral Chakra and the Water Element
You will explore the Sacral Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Water element, allow and feel all your emotions, and learn water rituals to let difficult emotions flow.
Month 5: Solar Plexus Chakra and the Fire Element
You will explore the Solar Plexus Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Fire element, examine what needs to die in your life to make room for new growth, and learn how to perform fire rituals to transform what no longer serves your highest good.
Month 6: Heart Chakra and the Air Element
You will explore the Heart Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Air element, develop mindfulness in daily life, cultivate compassion, and learn to work with your breath to self-regulate.
Month 7: Throat Chakra and the Space Element
You will explore the Throat Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Space element, understand stories, and reclaim and rewrite the stories that keep you trapped.
Month 8: Third Eye Chakra and Intuition
You will explore the Third Eye Chakra of the Tree of Life, connect with the Light element, learn practices to develop your intuition in daily life, explore divination tools and how to use them to confirm the messages you receive.
Month 9: Crown Chakra and the Upper World
You will explore the Crown Chakra of the Tree of Life, journey to the Upper World and connect with your Spirit Teacher, your primary guide when it comes to your spiritual development. Learn about archetypes and how they influence our lives.
Month 10: The Divine Feminine
You will meet The Goddess, understand which Divine Feminine archetypes are strong or weak in your life and how to balance them, learn about labyrinths, and deepen your knowledge of the Moon.
Month 11: The Divine Masculine
You will meet the God, understand which Divine Masculine archetypes are strong or weak in your life and how to balance them, and learn about the solar festivals of the Wheel of the Year.
Month 12: Dreamwork
You will learn techniques to remember your dreams, how to keep a dream journal and how to interpret the messages you receive through dreams. Then you will take your dreamwork even deeper through the shamanic practice of "dream tracking".
Month 13: Personal Power
You will understand "sovereignty", unveil your authentic self, and meet your Higher Self.
Lifelong Access & Pricing
Your access to this program will not expire for as long as I'm around and this platform exists. You will continue to have full access to the online course materials, including any future updates.
This program is offered in three formats:
1. Self-guided: Start any time and take as long as you need. Questions can be asked in the comments under each module and will be answered within two days or less, usually daily. If you register for the self-guided option and realize you prefer more support, you have 60 days to upgrade to the supported option.
2. Supported: Start any time. Includes 13 monthly coaching calls with Ulrike via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or on the phone. You are encouraged to complete the program as outlined over 13 months, but you are welcome to take longer as needed.
3. Cohort-based: Starts annually on February 1st. Includes 13 monthly group calls via Zoom and a private Facebook group. You are required to complete the program as outlined over 13 months.
With either option, you will be able to go back to complete any lessons you may not have had the time to finish the first time around and to deepen your practice, and you can always book a private coaching call as needed. Once you have completed this program, you are welcome to sign up for next the cohort-based option again at a reduced price.
